The main entrance door is opened with provided door code
The door to the temporary home opens with a key
Key pick up from the Livion key automat which is located in the lobby of building A at Salmipolku 11
If the guest forgets the key in the apartment or for a reason beyond Hiisi's control needs a door opening service, they will be charged a fee of 79 € per opening.

Livion key automat is located in the lobby of building A at Salmipolku 11
Key collection is easy and contactless by using code to collect key from the Livionkey automate.
At the time of departure the key must be returned to the same place.
You can use the key machine throughout the entire reservation. The code is valid until the end of the reservation.
Key collection information will be provided by email and SMS on the arrival day.
