🇬🇧 When and How will the Arrival Information be Delivered?

Arrival information will be sent automatically with email & sms message latest on 30 minutes before earliest arrival time. Normal arrival time is 15:00, so information will be sent latest at 14:30. Incase you have booked early arrival, the information will be sent latest at 30 minutes before your booked arrival time.

Please note arrival information will be delivered primarily to the main guest. Incase you have made the reservation from a third party booking channel, we suggest to check that they have provided your contact information correctly to Hiisi. Some channels do not provide guests contact information at all, which is why we warmly recommend you to provide your contact details directly to Hiisi Homes host service (host@hiisihomes.fi / +358 20 7780 777) to insure you will receive the arrival information.
