How to Access Temporary Home Reserved for Me?

• Main entrance door is opened with a code that shall be entered to the black code reader.

• The temporary home's door opens with a key

• Key pick up from Livionkey automate which is located in building B

• If the guest forgets the key in the apartment or for a reason beyond Hiisi's control needs a door opening service, they will be charged a fee of 79 € per opening.

• Key collection is easy and contactless by using code to collect key from the Livion key automat

• At the time of departure the key must be returned to the same place

• The code will work through out the entire reservation

• Key collection information will be provided by email and SMS on the arrival day
