Each temporary home at Hiisi Homes Turku Ratapiha has its own parking spot with a heating pole in the close by parking station. There is limited street parking in the neighbourhood.
If you arrive with a tall vehicle (2.2 meters or taller) or happen to arrive with two cars, there are two outdoor parking spots, P04 and P05, available on the left side of the parking garage entrance for Hiisi's guests. These spots cannot be reserved and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Helmi Parking Station
Location: Iso-Heikkiläntie 22. The parking garage can be accessed from both Aakenkatu and Iso-Heikkiläntie. Hiisi Homes Turku Ratapiha is approximately 200 meters away.
Access: You can enter by entering the same code as the main entrance of the residential building at the entrance. Please note to enter the code without the "#" sign. The code is provided in the arrival instructions. You can also enter the parking garage by flashing the tag attached to the apartment key. The apartment key can be obtained from the Livionkey machine if needed.
Large vehicles: Height limit 2.2 m.
Parking space number: Will be provided in the arrival instructions.
Price: Included in the temporary home rental fee.
Heating pole: can be opened with a little key that is attached to the apartment key.
Electric car charging
Hiisi has one electric car charging spot available on the inner courtyard of the building. The spot is marked with a yellow Hiisi Homes sign and residents can learn about the charging service through this link to eParking - All parking in one service. The electric car charging spot cannot be reserved and is available on a first come first serve basis, so the early bird catches the worm. We kindly ask residents who use electric cars to charge their vehicles and move them to their designated parking spot in the parking garage after charging. Residents are responsible for paying the fees directly through the eParking app.
