The main entrance door is opened with provided door code
The door to the temporary home opens with a key
Key pick up from Livionkey automate which is located on the second floor of Building-A
If the guest forgets the key in the apartment or for a reason beyond Hiisi's control needs a door opening service, they will be charged a fee of 79 € per opening.

Livion key automat is located on the 2nd floor of building-A
Key collection is easy and contactless by using code to collect key from the Livion key automat
The code works throughout the entire reservation, so it is possible to store the key in the machine and retrieve it again at any time
At the time of departure the key must be returned to the same place
Key collection information will be provided by email and SMS on the arrival day
