How to Access Temporary Home Reserved for Me?

• 🇬🇧 How to Enter My Temporary Home?

• Main entrance door is opened with a code that shall be entered to the code reader.

• The temporary home's door opens with the Pindora smart lock.

• Key is available if needed in the Livion key dispenser which is located in the lobby.

• If the guest forgets the key in the apartment or for a reason beyond Hiisi's control needs a door opening service, they will be charged a fee of 79 € per opening.

Key Pick-Up from Livion Key Automat

• The Livion key automat is located in the lobby of building A.

• Key collection is easy and contactless by using code to collect key from the Livion key automat

• The code works throughout the entire reservation, so it is possible to store the key in the machine and retrieve it again at any time.

• At the time of departure the key must be returned to the same place

• Key collection information will be provided upon request by email and SMS
