By receiving confirmation, the resident accepts Hiisi Homes & Hotels' guest rules.

Payment methods and pricing

  • The rent of temporary homes is priced on a night-based basis so that the pricing serves the flexible needs of guests as smoothly as possible.

  • Rental prices always include a 10% value-added tax (VAT).

  • Rental prices vary by destination and current rental prices can be found in the booking engine on our website.

  • The reservation can be paid by debit/credit card or online banking.

  • Invoicing is available as a payment option for businesses, subject to prior agreement.

  • The invoicing fee for companies is 10 euros.

Terms for cancellations and changes

  • Semi-flexible rental price

    • Changes and cancellations free of charge 14 days prior to arrival. Notice period 14 days.

  • Flexible rental price

    • Changes and cancellations free of charge seven (7) days prior to arrival. Notice period seven (7) days.

  • Super flexible rental price

    • Changes and cancellations free of charge two (2) days prior to arrival. Notice period two (2) days.

  • Non refundable rental price

    • No rights of change or cancellation

  • In case of late cancellation, modification, or termination, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the rental value.

Other guest rules

  • If the cleaning of the apartment takes longer than usual due to exceptional untidiness or negligence, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

  • If there is no other agreement with the resident, a charge of 10 euros per hour will apply for each hour starting from 11:00 onwards.

  • Additional guests, such as friends or pets, must be agreed upon separately, and pet fees apply. Information about additional services can be found here.

  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments, rooms, balconies, or within the premises of the building. Failure to comply with these smoking restrictions will result in a penalty fee of 300 euros.

  • If the resident's negligence triggers a fire alarm, we reserve the right to bill the expenses associated with the fire department's response.

  • Waste management and recycling during the stay are the responsibility of the resident. Trash should be taken to the designated waste collection point located within the property. We encourage recycling.

  • Engaging in business activities or behavior that disturbs neighbors and violates the regulations of the housing association is not allowed.

  • Quiet hours are in effect from 22:00 to 07:00.

  • The resident must pay fully for any damages they cause to the apartment or property. Please let us know right away if you find any broken furniture or equipment in the apartment when you arrive.

  • Hiisi Homes is not responsible for the personal belongings left by the resident. Our cleaning partner will collect any found items and store them for a seven days. Valuable items will be handed over to the police.

  • Hiisi Homes & Hotels reserves the right to terminate the reservation if the resident repeatedly or severely violates the resident rules. In such cases, the paid rent will not be refunded.
