Additional cleaning services:

• Stayover cleaning for a studio apartment including changing bed linen and towels 44 €

• Stayover cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment including changing bed linen and towels 61 €

• Stayover cleaning for a two-bedroom apartment including changing bed linen and towels 79 €

• Stayover cleaning for a three-bedroom apartment including changing bed linen and towels 89 €

• Extra cleaning fee for very unusual untidiness and intentional negligence 300€ (e.g., smoking)

Other additional services:

• Early arrival at 13:00 according to availability 20€

• Early arrival at 14:00 according to availability 10€

• Late departure at 12:00 according to availability 10€

• Late departure at 13:00 according to availability 20€

• Pet fee 29€ per apartment/reservation

• Invoicing fee 10€/invoice (including VAT 10%)

If the resident has left a mobile phone/hard key in the apartment, resulting in an additional door opening, we charge the following door opening costs:

• Door opening service 65€ on weekdays and 130€ on weekends / public holidays.

Lost & found:

• Found goods fee 75€(including VAT 25,5%), delivery charged separately.
