If the resident has left a mobile phone/hard key /key card in the apartment, resulting in an additional door opening, we charge the following door opening costs:

Mailing of lost items:
€50 delivery fee within the country
€75 delivery fee within Europe
€125 delivery fee to other parts of the world/ public holidays.
Lost & found:
Found goods fee 75€(including VAT 25,5%), delivery charged separately.
