🇬🇧 Oven User Guide

Almost all ovens operate on this same logic.

How to Use

Select the mode: Turn the left knob to choose the oven function.
Select the temperature: Turn the right knob to choose the desired heat.
Ready: The indicator light will turn off OR the oven will beep when it has reached the set temperature.

Best Settings / Common Functions

Convection / Fan (Fan symbol): Best general setting; bakes evenly and quickly.
Top and Bottom Heat (Lines top and bottom): Traditional baking; suitable for cakes and casseroles.
Pizza Setting (Fan + bottom line): Creates a crispy crust for pizzas and pies.

Child Lock

Mechanical Lock: There is a small lever at the top edge of the door. Push the lever aside while pulling the handle to open the door.

Electronic Lock: If a key or lock icon is lit on the display and the door won’t open, the electronic child lock is active. Do not force it. Try these common unlocking methods:

If there is a lock icon on the panel, hold it for approx. 4 seconds.
OR: Press the Celsius and Clock buttons simultaneously for approx. 4 seconds.
OR: Press the + and - / Up and Down arrows simultaneously for approx. 4 seconds.

Turning Off

Remember to turn both knobs to the zero position ("Off") after use.

🆘 Troubleshooting

Oven won't heat up and no lights?

Is the clock flashing? If the time is flashing on the display (e.g., 0:00 or 12:00), the oven has reset due to a power outage. The oven will not heat up until the clock is set.

Solution: Press the clock buttons (usually the middle button or +/-) until the numbers stop flashing. Once the time is set, the oven will work again.

Are both knobs turned? Ensure you have selected BOTH the oven function (left knob) and the temperature (right knob). Selecting temperature alone will not start the oven.

Blown fuse? If the oven is completely dark (even the clock is off), check the apartment's fuse box. Flip the oven fuse back up (to the ON position) if it has tripped.

Nothing works? Try a "hard reset": Turn the oven fuse OFF for 1 minute, then switch it back ON.
