🇬🇧 Washing Machine User Guide

This guide examples Whitewash WM2510. You can use this guide to any washing machine as the general instructions are the same, but note that program dial and start button etc will look different on other washing machine models.

Open the washing machine door from the handle (Picture 1, point 4).
Put the laundry into the machine and close the door. Do not put any other objects, items, or ingredients among the laundry.
Open the detergent drawer (Picture 2) and put the detergent into compartment II, fabric softener into compartment
and if you happen to have a pre-wash detergent, put it into compartment I.
Close the detergent drawer (Picture 2).

Open the water tap from the valve shown in pictures 2, 3, and 4 so that the lever is in the ON position

Please note that the water tap may be in a different location than in the example pictures

Select the program by turning the program selection dial on the washing machine (picture 6).
After selecting the program, you can also choose to include pre-wash, extra rinse, and no spin in the program (picture 6).
Note that often you don't need any other features on the washing machine besides quick wash (pikapesu) options and a play button, or alternatively cotton washes (puuvilla) at different temperatures.
Very few people use the pre-wash, extra rinse, or no spin functionalities (even Wooden Head Markus has managed without these functionalities for four decades).
Once the program selection is made, press the start button.
The washing machine will now wash your clothes, and you can check the program duration on the last page.
When the washing machine is finished, it will beep to signal.
Turn the program selection dial to OFF position (Picture 6).
Close the water valve - pictures 4, 5 and 6.
Open the door and empty the washing machine. If the clothes are still wet, you can select the "spin only" program from the program selection dial to spin the clothes again.

After washing, you can leave the door slightly open so that the washing machine drum can dry and not become stale.
