If the resident has left a mobile phone/hard key in the apartment, resulting in an additional door opening, we charge the following door opening costs:
Door opening service 65€ on weekdays and 130€ on weekends / public holidays.
Lost & found:
Collection fee 50€, delivery charged seperately
50€ delivery fee within Finland
100€ delivery fee to other countries
