How to Access Temporary Home Reserved for Me?
General info 🇬🇧 How to Enter My Temporary Home?
Main entrance door is opened with a code that shall be entered to the Livion code reader on hte left-hand side of the door. The code is the same as used for Livion Automate for key pick-up and return
The temporary home's door opens with a key, which you will pick up from Livionkey automate which is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. When you enter the building head towards the door you see ahead of you and before you end up at the door you’ll see the Livion Key Automats on your right hand side on the wall.
Livion Key Automat may be used also during your stay in case you have multiple persons staying at your Hiisi HomeThe unique code is valid from the arrival date and time until the departure date and time confirmed and may be used as many times as you wish
If the guest forgets the key in the apartment or for a reason beyond Hiisi's control needs a door opening service, they will be charged a fee of 79 € per opening.

Key collection is easy and contactless by using code to collect key from the Livion key automat
At the time of departure the key must be returned to the same place
Key collection information will be provided by email and SMS latest half an hour prior to the earliest arrival time
